Return Policy

Returns of Add-A-Cabana™ will be accepted for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, and only if product is returned in “like new” condition.

Contact Add-A-Cabana (see below) to receive a return authorization number. The Add-A-Cabana must be in its tote bag, folded up, and with no signs of use. Acceptable return reasons are defects such as buckles, stitching of straps, etc. A return authorization number will be issued to you via your same method of contact.

At your expense, mail Add-A-Cabana including a copy of the Return Authorization Request Form with authorization number from us.

OR send the Add-A-Cabana™ with:

• Transaction receipt from online order, cash receipt Or credit card receipt (a copy is fine)
• Return authorization number marked on receipt
• State reason for return
• Enclose your name, address, and phone number

Your credit card account will be credited, or a check will be mailed to you.   A $20 restocking fee will be deducted unless you are requesting an exchange.
